“Service: Collision repair, body work, paint, paintless dent repair, frame/alignment, RV repair, and more. Customer service: Reviews frequently praise the staff for being friendly, explaining the repair process, and providing updates. Carwise reviews particularly highlight communication and repair quality. Experience: The company says it has been family-owned and locally operated since 1984. Insurance: They help customers work with insurance companies and can assist with claims and adjuster communication. Convenience: They advertise rental-car availability, towing assistance, and a customer shuttle to/from home or work. Warranty: They offer a limited lifetime warranty on qualifying work while you own the vehicle, with specific limitations and separate warranty periods for some paint, mechanical, and decal work. Certifications: They advertise I-CAR and ASE-certified technicians. Potential downside: Although the overall feedback is very positive, some reviews mention occasional communication or timing issues, so I wouldn't write the review as if everything is perfect.”

“I regularly go to this shop for my van. They always do a great job at reasonable price. But this time they performed a miracle! The night before my daughter's birthday my alternator went out and my battery died. And I had no way to get here there now. I dropped it off over night with them and they started on it first thing the next day. They were able to get it all fixed up before my daughter's birthday! And we made it to the party on time!!!”

“Matt at Autoworks Parts is the most customer-focused, responsive supplier I've dealt with. He answers the phone, answers emails fast, and treats every question like it matters — whether it's a small bracket or a full cooling package. What really sets him apart is how willing he is to share what he knows. His knowledge of Mustang builds is immense and covers every part of a rebuild, not just what's in the catalog. When I called about my radiator and fan setup, he walked me through hose sizing and controller options until I understood the why behind it. That advice has kept me from ordering the wrong parts more than once. Parts shipped quickly and were exactly as described. If you're building a classic Mustang and want a supplier who acts like a partner in the project, call Matt.”

“I brought my truck into Street Trenz for an Amp Research step installation and received a great price from the owner, Eric. From the beginning, Eric was honest, fair, and never came across like a high-pressure salesman. He communicates extremely well, listens carefully, and responds professionally. While my truck was on the lift, I noticed my rear differential was leaking and asked if they could repair it. Not only did they fix the issue, but they also cleaned and repainted the differential cover so it looked brand new. The repair came out fantastic! I also had them coat the inside of my truck bed wheel wells, which come exposed from the factory. On top of that, they helped me out with a small favor at no extra charge by removing and reinstalling a lock so I could have it rekeyed. I was expecting to pick my truck up the following day but I was able to pick it up same day. This was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a shop in any industry. Huge thanks to Eric, Art (Pictured), and Bob for all doing their part to make me an extremely satisfied and grateful customer!”
