“OMG!!! CATHY IN THE LA MESA BRANCH THAT HELPS WITH LOANS IS AMAZING!!! I went in inquiring about a auto loan, and she was detailed oriented, knowledgeable, and very quick with her processing the loan info. You can actually see her mind working 10 steps ahead of your's dotting the "I's" and crossing the "T's" as your sitting there!!! Conducting business these days can be so grueling and time consuming, everyone just dreads having to do it! That's how I felt, but Cathy helped me maneuver right through the process and got me right out of there. She's a breath of fresh air, and I will continue to come back and referred her to all my friends!!!!”

“Actually these five stars go to the staff at this Santee, CA, branch. Especially Kendrick. On several occasions he has serviced our needs for various transactions. He is pleasant and thorough in handling our needs. Navy Federal is truly the place to bank for any savings and CD accounts. They offer a fantastic return for our money. Our only complaint with the bank is that they handle most things through a third party which tends to lag. We just got so spoiled with our previous bank that everything was same day (bill payments and Zelle) Not so here. Like I said the staff is the best!!! Thank you Kendrick for your great service!”
“Came in the make a deposit, I was helped by Erika who was beyond amazing! She went above and beyond to help me change my address and some other banking concerns regarding my sons account. When I mentioned I was moving she suggested I looked at Trulia and we found our house!! I had never heard of the app but I am so thankful that Erika took the time to offer me that suggestion which paid off! She also took the time to print out the instructions for my son to set up his online account himself. I normally never take the time to go inside but I'm thankful I did and I will do more of tern knowing Navy Federal hires people like Erika! Her customer service truly made my day! “This is to commend Larry Fagan, Branch Manager, Poway, CA for stellar Customer Service. We have been members for 45+ years. We relocated to San Antonio recently and prefer to keep our long-standing relationship with Cal Coast. We live in unprecedented times for sure and I have discovered that the banking system does not have the flexibility of yesteryear. We can thank the Dot.Com era, scammers and other unscrupulous actors for that. But I digress. “These folks go above and beyond. I connected with them for a solar loan after my credit union of 25 years, Navy Federal, turned me down because my employment changed 18 months ago and they insist on 24 months of same employment. I applied for solar loan with Wheelhouse and all my other qualifications out weighed my length of employment and they didn't question my length of employment at all. In addition, their high interest rates on checking and term certificates - combined with their personal attention to details, I am preparing to move all my accounts to Wheelhouse. They give the personal attention lost years ago with banks and credit unions”

“Never any issues with this location but always many issues with other branches. Been coming here for years. I recently got a two rolls of $10 in quarters for laundry and one roll had two boomers tokens in it and a nickle. Check your coins!”

“Credit Unions are generally less predatory than bigger banks. I recently was about to go into overdraft about $200. What Mission Fed did instead was automatically transfer the exact $$ amount needed from my savings to my checkings, so that I would have the full amount paid with a zero net. Avoided overdraft, and then replinished the savings account on my own time. Excellent bank.”

“Although I am not a member of this credit union, I have been there many times over the last few years due to "shared branching" (Co-Op Network) as my (now former) credit union was located outside of the San Diego area. Every time that I have ever gone into MyPoint CU, I get treated with respect and no one has ever tried to pressure me into switching to their credit union. I have been helped in the past by friendly people and each time, I am in and out of there within a short amount of time. I am very happy that their ATMs take cash deposits! I would not hesitate to return there in the future.”
