i had a great experience with celice over the phone. i got answered very quickly and she was super sweet. the envelope with my new card got misplaced and she was kind enough to block it since i already activated it! she put a little note to unblock it once it’s found. i got lucky with my call!

I love this credit union, just not this branch. The staff could care less about customer service or making sure there customers are happy. Won't be using this branch again.

This is the best bank I've personally ever dealt with. Been banking there for years. Never had a problem. Then a few Issues popped up on my end. They showed some great mercy for me and treated me like a human being. I wouldn't want to bank anywhere else.
