pin, we were stuck in a loop with the customer service department and he dealt with the problem as fast as he could with patience and he got our problem fixed, he was handling the store all by himself with multiple calls in and simultaneously dealing with a block on the account, give him a raise!”

“My old phone died -- I'd had it for quite a few years -- so I went here to get a replacement. The process was quick and easy, and cost less than I would have guessed. The clerk/tech was very clear and open, and answered all my questions. He was able to clone my old phone, so I didn't lose any contacts, or even the images in my photo gallery. Everything went very smoothly. I am very glad they are open on Sunday. The new phone is really nifty!”

“This cricket store is THE BEST out of all of them I've had cricket for years an most of the stores have been very accommodating in the past but as of late I've really had trouble finding one that would help me with my issues unless I was spending a ton of money there so I went to MONTES STORE on Washington and he was absolutely fantastic the phone I was trying to connect didnt work for cricket so instead of trying to sell me a new phone he gave me a number to an inexpensive phone repair store and I ended up only SPENDING 45$$$ INSTEAD an it's all thanks to monte I was super stressed so thank you for saving the day !!!”

“Riley and Anna at the Grove Verizon store were excellent, they were very helpful in answering questions and setting up our new phones, the phones we replaced were 7 years old and I don't do back-ups as often as I should. There were some issues transferring some of my data specifically my contacts, between the 2 of them they were able to work out a solution and all my data made it to my new device. All in all I would say it was a painless process for both me and my wife. 5 stars for Riley and Anna, great job and great expirience”
