Most of the representatives don’t seem to know anything about the services, and the way they talk to customers is unprofessional. My experience with AT&T customer service over the phone has been below zero. this review is only for this specific location and only for Joel and Eric. They were amazing. They actually listened, knew exactly what they were doing, and helped us a lot with our service. “I went in with my 87 yr old dad and his 2g phone. Orendo gave us fantastic customer service. He was knowledgeable enough to convince us we needed to replace it and left us confident we were getting the right replacement. He was patient with my dad who wanted to know everything Orendo was doing. My dad is no longer tech friendly and Elvis is too modern for him. The fact that he left the store with new technology and a smile on his face is almost a miracle. Orendo was a breath of fresh air in what we both thought would be a tedious chore.”
