The outside of the building doesn't look the greatest tbh so it was a pleasant surprise. As soon as I walked in this chill dude named Johnny greeted me. He was informative and no pressure which was nice. He fixed my issue quickly and I was on my way. Coming in-store for anything can be a pain these days but I can say my experience was smooth”

“Allen does it again!! He was super helpful adding a line to my service with a number transferring from T-mobile. It seems any task is difficult dealing with phone carriers but Allen was so helpful patient and professional in getting the task done. A few months back I was having a difficult time with my account, I was in the store multiple times for 30-60 min each time. I would encounter a road block and have to come back. Finally I was told there was nothing else they could do, I was told this by management. Honestly I don't think the manager even looked at the issue because when I asked to see him I was told he was on a break. As I was leaving I saw Allen whom helped me before, I explained my situation and he was able to help me. Allen has amazing problem solving skills! Some of his coworkers could learn from him!!”

“I intended on going to Walmart, but walked right by this place. I’ve a new iPhone 15 Pro Max & they had a decent variety of cases. Mostly between $20 & $34. Perfect, I just want something that will prevent damage when I drop, not something for spending days submerged in the ocean. I also wanted a glass screen protector. Then they talked me into a $5 camera lenses protector.They explained everything clearly, bargained the cost a bit, hooked me up with a case I really like (simple with a soft rubber interior layer for shock protection like my last of 5yrs). They also installed my screen protector glass & camera shield. I walked out at $37 very pleased. Plus they were friendly & happy people, my kind of place.”

The manager knows me, I've been coming here for years, probably a decade . The Manager is the best, informational and really helpful.
