“Actually these five stars go to the staff at this Santee, CA, branch. Especially Kendrick. On several occasions he has serviced our needs for various transactions. He is pleasant and thorough in handling our needs. Navy Federal is truly the place to bank for any savings and CD accounts. They offer a fantastic return for our money. Our only complaint with the bank is that they handle most things through a third party which tends to lag. We just got so spoiled with our previous bank that everything was same day (bill payments and Zelle) Not so here. Like I said the staff is the best!!! Thank you Kendrick for your great service!”

When I mentioned I was moving she suggested I looked at Trulia and we found our house!! I had never heard of the app but I am so thankful that Erika took the time to offer me that suggestion which paid off! She also took the time to print out the instructions for my son to set up his online account himself. “Never any issues with this location but always many issues with other branches. Been coming here for years. I recently got a two rolls of $10 in quarters for laundry and one roll had two boomers tokens in it and a nickle. Check your coins!”

“Although I am not a member of this credit union, I have been there many times over the last few years due to "shared branching" (Co-Op Network) as my (now former) credit union was located outside of the San Diego area. Every time that I have ever gone into MyPoint CU, I get treated with respect and no one has ever tried to pressure me into switching to their credit union. I have been helped in the past by friendly people and each time, I am in and out of there within a short amount of time. I am very happy that their ATMs take cash deposits! I would not hesitate to return there in the future.”
