“I received Andre's contact information from a friend at work — someone I would talk to about real estate whenever I needed a break from being at the computer in our office. Sometime in March 2025, I reached out to Andre to get a feel for who he was and to see if I’d be comfortable doing business with him.
In August, while I was deployed, Andre completed my pre-approval for a home loan. I just wanted to see how much I could get approved for based on my financial situation at the time, and he got me approved for a great amount that fit within my budget.
By October, I submitted an offer on a home in California — all the way from Japan — and it was accepted. Andre helped me far beyond what I expected throughout the entire process and guided me all the way to closing in November.
