As long as you stick with Nicole and Jordan, you will have a fantastic experience with AMLI Long Beach. Tiffany manages the property and advocates for residents but you won’t really deal with her unless there’s a huge issue.”

From the very beginning, he made the entire experience at Bay Hill Apartments feel smooth, welcoming, and stress-free. You can instantly tell he genuinely cares about the people he works with — not just doing his job, but going the extra mile to make sure you’re comfortable and taken care of.
Whether it was answering our questions with patience, helping with requests, or just checking in to make sure everything was okay — Cornelius always showed up with a great attitude and professionalism. It’s rare to find someone so kind, responsive, and dependable these days.

He goes above and beyond. I am so grateful for him. this is a wonderful place to live, they have a lot of activities for the seniors mostly every day there’s something going on. Birthdays are celebrates every month and holiday. I give this place a great big thumbs up ?.”

“Executive Park is in a great location. Freeway is right by which is very convenient for commuters, and there are many options of grocery stores and restaurants within just a few miles. Guiselle in the leasing office is very courteous and always helpful. It's truly a nice place with nice staff. Anselmo the maintenance technician is great too.”

Very happy with the way it was all handled and the end result is excellent. “I've lived here for nearly a month and I just love it. The units themselves are spacious and comfy, the grounds around the property are gorgeous and give me lots of room to walk my dogs, and all of the tenants I've met so far have been very nice. The office staff including Cynthia, Maggie and Thea are all very nice and are very responsive. I love it and plan to make this my home for many years to come. If you're looking for a place to move in the La Palma/Cerritos/Norwalk area, you can't go wrong here.”
“Wish I was here for the tree lighting ceremony. Beautiful Northern Light to enjoy during the holiday. Be out see all the beautiful winterland decoration for free! We parked at the pike, got validated at startbuck and walked over to get free parking for 2 hrs. The theater parking is $15, so no way! Lol. Can't wait for 2024 winterland!”
“The manager in my prior posts no longer work here. Other than The previous manager, I have nothing bad to say about this place. We've made great relationships with everyone we lived by. We spent COVID here. Of course it was hard for a lot of people and not just us. Either way. Great location and a great place for anyone to call home, even with its little flaws. Wouldn't have lived here almost 6 years if it's wasn't worth it.”
