As long as you stick with Nicole and Jordan, you will have a fantastic experience with AMLI Long Beach. Tiffany manages the property and advocates for residents but you won’t really deal with her unless there’s a huge issue.”

Whether it was answering our questions with patience, helping with requests, or just checking in to make sure everything was okay — Cornelius always showed up with a great attitude and professionalism. “As a four-year resident of Park Del Amo, we have had very few maintenance issues over the years. This past Saturday, however, the electrical outlet in our kitchen stopped working. My mom went to the office and was so happy to see Stephanie. Not only is she always cordial and welcoming, but she has consistently been quick to address and resolve any issues we have had. Within 30 minutes, Oswaldo from the maintenance team arrived and replaced the outlet. He was incredibly cordial, professional, and efficient. We truly appreciate Stephanie and Oswaldo for their dedication, professionalism, and excellent service. They are both outstanding employees and a wonderful reflection of Park Del Amo.”

“Wish I was here for the tree lighting ceremony. Beautiful Northern Light to enjoy during the holiday. Be out see all the beautiful winterland decoration for free! We parked at the pike, got validated at startbuck and walked over to get free parking for 2 hrs. The theater parking is $15, so no way! Lol. Can't wait for 2024 winterland!”

The trees covered the pool area and she was able to get them cut back. I’m hoping this will help with the pool being warmer this summer. My flooring needed repairs and things were taken care of almost instantly.”

[unlike some places] now switched units to face the beach and queen mary - AMAZING! my fave staff members alex & manager, phil [super nice, sweet, friendly, awesome people] that make you feel good living here. treats and responds to you in a timely manner and feels like were all friends! not just your typical leasing office experience. highly recommend living here if you're big on views and want a more chill environment thats not over crowded or dont have to spend forever waiting on staff members to respond. LOVE IT HERE!”

The apartments r really nice lay out is perfect. Like I said the complex is very peaceful and quiet it’s funny becus I think thats y ur neighbors can seem loud lol there’s no other noise. My neighbors r super nice. Every thing stays clean they treat for pests it’s just great here. Dude billiards room gym laundry on site. I’m super happy here.”

“My husband and I moved in a few months ago and we have loved every day we have been here. We love that the apartments are gated and not anyone can just come inside, they are always kept clean. We have not met many neighbors but I think everyone just is so comfortable at home. It's such a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. I truly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to not think twice about it. Maria is a wonderful, patient and so helpful person and is ready to answer all questions anyone has. She is also a very kind person that always has a smile on her face. We love that there is also a handyman Manuel on sight for any issues that anyone has. We have two grills available for use, a pool and two laundry rooms. Most importantly is that all neighbors respect each other and always greet no matter if they know you or not.”

“I was so worried when trying to apply and find housing through Tuscany. Luckily when I called and kept in touch through plenty of emails Brina came through and made sure we kept up on the same page. Brina really helped because I swear I sent like 30 emails and she would respond quickly and they were always informative. During the screening process I kept having trouble because the system was denying my guarantor. Bianca was so patient and helped me through each step of the way. On my move in day I came past closing on accident to finalize the insurance and sign papers. Bianca patiently waited way after tuscany closed and helped me get all settled in. I genuinely feel indebted to them. Great people, if you’re working with either Brina or Bianca, know you are in good hands🤞🏽. No glaze”

Gym, pool, rec room with a shuffle board and pool table etc. We had the pleasure of working with Tim Carter who guided us through the whole renting process and answered questions we had honestly. The whole staff there is helpful and always happy to help. Despite some of the recent issues that are beyond the staff’s control, we felt heard when any issues arose and the staff was on it to make it a comfortable place to live.”
