The assistant manager, Kelechi gave the best customer service. I drove to 3 different locations looking for a black dress with white pearls. She had a positive attitude and wasted no time looking for what I wanted. If you're in the Cerritos Area definitely come to her store (#3511).

Pretty big Forever 21, it had all of the departments (Men's, Plus, Home, Jewelry). It was clean as well which is always nice.

Half the store is empty at this particular location I think they must be doing some renovations. Also I feel like not everyone wants to wear a crop top forever 21 !
