“Store is inside Lakewood mall which is a major convenience. Selection is ample and pricing varies depending on the item but over all they have decent prices,This store in my opinion has a little bit for everyone but it may be geared more towards young men.Customer service is ok and can definitely be more friendly.Make sure to stop by as there is something for everyone at every budget.”

“I hardly shop instore and would rather shop online. That being said, I made the trip to return instore 2x and each time a young thin women help me. I don't see her name on my e-receipt and I just want to say as busy as she was both times, she was ready and able to help me right away. Made the experience, quick, easy, and friendly. I actually won't mind shopping instore one if these days.”

“I love shopping at Ross. I went to pick up a package from the Amazon lockers, and I didn't have time to shop, but I did pick up a charger for my phone next to the lockers, which are next to the cashiers. There was no one in line to check out so I walked up to the cashier and asked if she was open. She told me the line starts over there and had me go all the way around. By then, someone had gotten in line to check out, so I had to wait when I was in a hurry to pick up my granddaughter from school. She could have easily checked me out since no one was in Iine when I asked her. I know where the line starts, but if no one is in line, why do I have to go all the way around instead just getting check out? There wasn't even any customers checking out. rediculous!”

“This boutique has super cute clothes. I came to this mall while taking my son to the arcade and, found this little gem. I think the owners grandmother was working the day I came. She was so sweet. “Store staff are all so kind (had to ask 3 different store members for directions) but store itself needs to update signage. Got lost looking for online order pickup counter (upstairs) and then later could not easily find a checkout counter without asking for help, yet again. Appeared to be more holiday signage than directional signs. Was very frustrating navigating the different departments! However, the sale selection was plentiful and the prices and quality were worth it.”

“10/8/23 It's been ages since I stepped foot inside a Lane Bryant store. I check out their clearance areas sometimes & find great deals, today I found a summer top that was originally priced at $56.95, after a 75% off, got it for $8.39. Yes! The lady at the register was friendly & helpful, conversant. Their merchandise is of good quality, although a bit pricey, most of the clothing I've purchased in the past have lasted well. The employees are always amiable. This one os located in the Lakewood Center mall, near Target, close to the carousel. My only complaint is, they do have plus sizes but limited to plus sized TALL women. Like....Hello Lane Bryant, short/petite XL women are people, too . I would love to see their designers & visionaries come up with designs for clothes for short & stout women to look fabulous.”

“They say that sometimes good comes out of a bad situation. I had a pick up order, so I showed up to the store and got in the line that was designated for pick ups. I didn't make much of it as a young African American lady was helping another customer, then she helped another and another and I kept getting ignored. I believe she called for back up from an Asian lady that apparently was a manager. Both of them ignored me until a young lady wearing a Bambi sweater let me know that I had to get in the regular line. I thanked her and got in line now to be ignored until I asked for help to which the manager mumbled something and walked away. I waited again for her to come back to not do anything but chit chat to another associate ignoring the long line without even addressing a single person that had been waiting. The lady with the Bambi sweater got called to help me with the pick up order by the manager. I was surprised, but she got right to it. She was very sweet and kind as she understood what had happened since I had been there for a while. She went to get the order and I was done within minutes. If only more of the employees and managers were like this young lady named Skylar/Skyler, maybe they wouldn't have so many bad reviews. It could have been a really bad experience, but it wasn't because that actually tried to help. It's not the first time she has helped me, I just didn't know her name and she is always very friendly which I appreciate. Had it not been for her, this review would have also been a 1 star. Thank you Skylar for not letting today's experience sour the day.”
