“Wow, I literally just spent three hours here, I bought a whole new wardrobe, it was nice and quiet so I shopped stress free! And Christina at the checkout then helped me bag everything up and I saved a tonne of money with discounts and opening a credit card! Absolutely fantastic!”

This store in my opinion has a little bit for everyone but it may be geared more towards young men.
Customer service is ok and can definitely be more friendly.

“Great shopping experience at Ross Dress for Less! The store has a surprisingly good selection of clothes, shoes, accessories, and home items at very reasonable prices. You can often find well-known brands for much less than at regular department stores. The staff was friendly, the checkout was efficient, and overall it’s a great place to hunt for bargains. Definitely worth visiting!”

“I love all Charlotte Russe overall, but recently they have been replacing my go to pants (low rise flare jeans mostly dark wash) for the more modern styles(low rise baggy jeans). Personally I think most of the customers here ar3 looking for 2000's y2k style and the stores are coming out with more of a 2026 y2k and it is now hard to find good pants for a good price. If Charlotte Russell sees this please bring back your low rise flare jeans, but their tops are amazing, overall great quality and great customer service, sometimes people are having a bad day and sometimes you said something offensive and didn't realize it. Remember there are always 2 parts of the story and working in that field is crushing because people are so rude sometimes, be kind.”
