“The gym is clean and well appointed. I like my trainer. My only beef is with the hours. They close at nine except Sunday, when they are open 11-4. I like to work out after work, but if I'm not out the door by 7:30, forget it.”

“I came into this gym for the first time yesterday and was greeted by the sweetest , most friendly staff ! I came from planet fitness so I was slightly intimidated when I signed up online but coming in person , everyone made me feel so comfortable . I was told about the trainer and how there was a promo going on so I signed up and met with him today . Christian was absolutely amazing ! He did a body scan with a machine they have and we went over my goals and discussed dieting and exercise . He showed me some work outs to help me and had me do them . He was very patient and supportive . Christian made me feel safe and comfortable while also motivating me and I think that’s a huge deal when it comes to looking for a trainer . Christian taught me so much in a short time and the way he was very detailed with everything was truly amazing . I have looked up videos and still not been able to find info all together like the way that he taught me today . Highly recommend training with him ! Thank you all so much for making me feel happy and motivated again . I know that I made the right choice switching to this gym!”

“I stopped coming to this gym about 6 months ago. And it was fine then. Now that I am coming back, I really like the new staff members. They are friendly and much more engaging than the previous staff.
