“I’ve been coming here for just over a year and I honestly can’t say enough good things. While skeptical at first, only because I had not worked out consistently in a while, after my first class I was hooked. I was coming 1-2 times a week in the beginning to 4-5 times now. The great thing about OTF the workout templates are different each day and it’s always a challenge. I’ve made it a point to know each of the staff by their first names: Holley,Lili, Emily, Michael, Sam, Darla and the coaches: Jen, Andy, Sai, McKenzie, and Keila so it’s easier to develop a personal relationship with everyone. Some days it’s not easy to come in but the moment you show up and see smiling faces it’s all good!

September 2025 update:

I’m nearly two years in and I have grown to love this place even more. I am 30 pounds lighter and in the best shape i have been in probably in about 10years. I never thought I could complete a dri-Tri or run a 5k with the community but those are some of the things I have been able to achieve. Now i find myself doubling up on classes once a week, something i would have never thought of doing until I was challenged to do so. Also I have met some great members who have e become friends.

Just remember you have to cancel eight hours in advance or you get a late cancel fee of $12. It’s a bummer when your favorite coach isn’t there but it’s great opportunity to take a class with a coach you may not know.”

“Sooooo... I drank the Crossfit Kool-aid. After years of watching my husband practice this crazy sport, I finally gave in.

I am not now, nor have I ever been a sporty person. I started coming to Mixtape for their yoga classes. Loved it. I then moved on to spin classes. Yes! I can do this. Now I'm doing the crazy WOD (Workout of the Day). I'm actually doing things in the gym I would have never thought I could do.

The coaches are without exception knowledgeable,
approachable, and encouraging. They modify and accomodate the workouts to your level of fitness. The facility is not like a typical chain gym, but it is clean and welcoming. But the NUMBER ONE REASON why I keep coming back is the sense of community that Coaches Sadie and Jason have fostered in their business. The inclusivity and comaraderie and overall lovefest I feel here are everything. Having a cruddy day at work? Come to the box. Relationship woes? Come to the box. Too many tamales? Come to the box. You'll sweat. You'll laugh. You'll feel better. Did I mention this is a dog-friendly spot? Seriosuly... come this box!!!”

“I recently reached my 1 yr anniversary at lets move, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The hour-long sessions are perfect for getting in a solid workout. You’re in and out. You walk out feeling accomplished. Coach Hector & Eddie lead the classes with great energy and positivity, making each session enjoyable. “A friend and I signed up because we loved our free class taught by Christian. We used to spend a lot of time kickboxing. Now that he no longer works there, we've spent only 10 minutes kickboxing. This is due to the class being a circuit kick type of class with weights. If you are looking into getting more time kickboxing then I recommend a different type of class. The instructors and staff are all very friendly and helpful. My friend and I had an issue and they helped us resolve it. Kickboxing is truly a stress reliever and I'm glad to have found a gym with a varied schedule that works with mine.”

“I had taken advantage of Whittier Zero Givens guest pass. It took only one session to convince me that I had to join. Prior to that I had a running and workout routine (at home), which had gone stale. I needed a change. I found what I was looking for. I love the variety of equipment, various style of workouts and everyone made me feel welcomed. They're my gym family. They offer encouragement and guidance. Can't get that from working out by myself at home. They offer challenges to keep you on your toes and take you to the next level of your fitness journey..

I highly recommend Zero Givens. They've got exceptional Coaches, equipment that is always working and great community. I feel stronger and revived.
