I’ve been dealing from sciatica pain for a while, mostly from sitting 8+ hours a day and having poor posture. Working with Ruben from Sanctify Fit Pros has genuinely changed everything for me. From the start, he focused on improving my mobility and strength to address the true source of the problem and finally ease the frustration of living with constant pain.

He also helped me correct my posture and workout form, and I’m not kidding…I have absolutely no pain now. I used to deal with flare-ups at least once a month for an entire week, and now it’s no longer an issue. On top of that, with proper form and posture, I’m even able to lift heavier without any discomfort.

If you struggle with posture, mobility, or chronic pain, I can’t recommend Ruben enough!”

“I’ve been coming to this gym for about a year and a half now and not once have I ever had a bad experience. The facility is clean and the staff are always friendly. My personal trainer Jose is very supportive and professional. I’m more than happy with my results and will continue my sessions with him to reach my goal. In my experience, the facility is well equipped with machines. I am a morning gym-goer so I’m usually able to get a full workout in without any stops or having to wait for machines to free up. My fellow morning gym-goers are also super kind and supportive. I always feel welcome here at Curl!”

“Our 8U So Cal Royals team has been training at this facility, and it has truly been a game changer for our boys. The trainers are top notch, patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly skilled at working with young athletes. They focus on proper mechanics, strength, agility, and confidence, and it shows every time our boys step on the field.
The environment is positive, clean, and very well-organized. Each session is structured with purpose, and the coaches take the time to help every player improve individually. “I highly recommend going to Maddie's class at the Long Beach Marina studio. She has a great playlist, is a wonderful instructor and she doesn't blast the music. Other instructors blast the music super loud and then shout over it into an already amplified system - my ears were ringing after a session with another instructor. I tried using super blocking earplugs - still too loud. Maddie also lets you get into the groove of your workout instead of talking or shouting during the segments. Having a structured class is awesome and having it be enjoyable too is the best. Thank you Maddie!”

“The workout I got from here is my kind of ideal workout! I'm an impatient person so I don't like working out for longer than 45 minutes and I like to get sweaty so it feels like I really worked hard. I did a free trial class and Rich was super helpful and a great instructor. He was very encouraging and the upbeat music got us all pumped. While I can't commit to the monthly subscription, I plan to drop in once in a while through ClassPass if my busy schedule permits. It's a little further from me, but I can take some time to work on my health once in a while. I love how you can just drop in whenever during business hours and start working out. It's very convenient! Also, definitely bring workout shoes. Pilates socks won't work on their padded surface. I noticed they have a little children's play area so in the future I can take my twin toddlers here while I squeeze in a 30 minute workout if I don't have anyone to help me watch them.”

“I’ve been coming here for just over a year and I honestly can’t say enough good things. While skeptical at first, only because I had not worked out consistently in a while, after my first class I was hooked. I was coming 1-2 times a week in the beginning to 4-5 times now. The great thing about OTF the workout templates are different each day and it’s always a challenge. I’ve made it a point to know each of the staff by their first names: Holley,Lili, Emily, Michael, Sam, Darla and the coaches: Jen, Andy, Sai, McKenzie, and Keila so it’s easier to develop a personal relationship with everyone. Some days it’s not easy to come in but the moment you show up and see smiling faces it’s all good!

September 2025 update:

I’m nearly two years in and I have grown to love this place even more. I am 30 pounds lighter and in the best shape i have been in probably in about 10years. I never thought I could complete a dri-Tri or run a 5k with the community but those are some of the things I have been able to achieve. Now i find myself doubling up on classes once a week, something i would have never thought of doing until I was challenged to do so. Also I have met some great members who have e become friends.

Just remember you have to cancel eight hours in advance or you get a late cancel fee of $12. It’s a bummer when your favorite coach isn’t there but it’s great opportunity to take a class with a coach you may not know.”

“Sooooo... I drank the Crossfit Kool-aid. After years of watching my husband practice this crazy sport, I finally gave in.

I am not now, nor have I ever been a sporty person. I started coming to Mixtape for their yoga classes. Loved it. I then moved on to spin classes. Yes! I can do this. Now I'm doing the crazy WOD (Workout of the Day). I'm actually doing things in the gym I would have never thought I could do.

The coaches are without exception knowledgeable,
approachable, and encouraging. They modify and accomodate the workouts to your level of fitness. The facility is not like a typical chain gym, but it is clean and welcoming. But the NUMBER ONE REASON why I keep coming back is the sense of community that Coaches Sadie and Jason have fostered in their business. The inclusivity and comaraderie and overall lovefest I feel here are everything. Having a cruddy day at work? Come to the box. Relationship woes? Come to the box. Too many tamales? Come to the box.
