“Stopped in today with daughter. Store was very clean with plenty of stock and the two employees we saw both greeted us and made sure to let them know if we needed anything. This store and their employees ROCK!!”
“I love their clothing options. Saw there are deals going on at Kohls through some insta deals pages and went casually for window shopping. Guess what, purchased 10 tops(for myself and my hubby) and also glasses under clearance. With additional 50% discount, got all those stuff for just $156(tax included). There are price checkers in the store or else you can scan product barcode on kohls app for accurate prices after discount. Ample parking space. I went couple of times to use the parking space for car driving practice”
“Great way to bargain shop and still get quality merchandise. There is an online ad pretending to be Macy's and offering items at extremely low prices with no intention to deliver any items. I believe it damages the Macy's brand.”

This store in my opinion has a little bit for everyone but it may be geared more towards young men.
Customer service is ok and can definitely be more friendly.
Make sure to stop by as there is something for everyone at every budget.”

“I love shopping at Ross. I went to pick up a package from the Amazon lockers, and I didn't have time to shop, but I did pick up a charger for my phone next to the lockers, which are next to the cashiers. There was no one in line to check out so I walked up to the cashier and asked if she was open. She told me the line starts over there and had me go all the way around. By then, someone had gotten in line to check out, so I had to wait when I was in a hurry to pick up my granddaughter from school. She could have easily checked me out since no one was in Iine when I asked her. I know where the line starts, but if no one is in line, why do I have to go all the way around instead just getting check out? There wasn't even any customers checking out. rediculous!”
“I had a good shopping experience in the store.
They had good deals with extra 30% off discounts.
I just think the ones in charge of the fitting rooms should not leave customers unattended if they are concerned about missing merchandise.”

“I love all Charlotte Russe overall, but recently they have been replacing my go to pants (low rise flare jeans mostly dark wash) for the more modern styles(low rise baggy jeans). Personally I think most of the customers here ar3 looking for 2000's y2k style and the stores are coming out with more of a 2026 y2k and it is now hard to find good pants for a good price. If Charlotte Russell sees this please bring back your low rise flare jeans, but their tops are amazing, overall great quality and great customer service, sometimes people are having a bad day and sometimes you said something offensive and didn't realize it. Remember there are always 2 parts of the story and working in that field is crushing because people are so rude sometimes, be kind.”
