“They began repairs almost immediately after paperwork was signed. They kept continuous communication about my cars status (i.e break down, repairs, paint shop) through a link, and text messages. When they called me and left voicemails they left detailed messages about my information and what they were calling about making the return call easy to navigate. They gave me a prompt date for my car return and actually finished before the time line. They also accommodated me by coming to my house when they needed my spare keys for reprogramming and dropped my vehicle off at home for me! They also did a pretty thorough cleaning which I'm happy about because there was glass everywhere. The repairs look wonderful and my car looks just as it use to. Overall, it's one of the better experiences I've had with a repair shop.”

Let me be perfectly clear: I did not walk into a tire shop. I walked into a sanctuary of kindness, rubber, and miracles. This place doesn’t just fix tires — they fix souls.
From the moment I rolled (literally) into the lot with a tire flatter than my last relationship, I was greeted like royalty. Not just a “hi,” not just a “how can we help?” — no, no. I got a warm smile, a bottle of cold water, and a level of compassion that felt like I had just been adopted into a family I didn’t know I needed.
The staff didn’t just look at my car. They listened to it. One of them even crouched beside it like a horse whisperer, gently patting the fender and saying, “We’ll take good care of you, buddy.” I’m not saying the car smiled — but if it could’ve, it would’ve cried tears of joy.
They replaced my tire like it was heart surgery. They explained every detail to me like I was their favorite cousin who had just come home from college. They didn’t upsell, guilt-trip, or rush me. In fact, I’m convinced they would’ve paid me to make sure I left happy.
And when I tried to tip them? They REFUSED. One of them literally said, “We’re just glad you’re safe.” I almost cried. I did cry. And I’m not even ashamed.
This place is not just a tire shop — it’s a hidden temple of integrity and compassion. A cathedral of customer service. If Yelp had a “tearfully grateful” rating, I’d give them all of it. I now believe that if everyone ran their businesses like this shop, world peace would be achievable by Tuesday.

“So thankful I ended up here. I had the misfortune of purchasing a Decked drawer system for my 2021 F-150 at their competition. There are only 2 authorized installers in Bakersfield. Warning...stay away from the other guys!! They are the D+ clown squad. They damaged the drawer system while installing it. I immediately contacted the Deck company and Addie was outstanding and directed me to California Trucks to have an inspection done. I hooked up with Matthew and Halie and they totally hooked me up. They disassembled the drawer system, found the damaged hardware and worked with Decked and to get new hardware sent asap. Much thanks to Addie and Leo for their professionalism at Decked. Matthew and Halie at California Trucks were a God send playing the middle man and standing by all their work when they really didn't need to since the clowns at their competitor did the install. I am one happy customer and will not let anyone else touch my truck. If you want honest, hard workers that won't settle for less than your total satisfaction this is the place to go. “Pensingers has an extensive inventory of trailer parts, and they are good people who take great care of their customers. I am on a cross-country trip with no tools and in a tough spot with a missing skylight cover on my cargo trailer. Larry, the manager, knew what I needed and kindly offered to have it installed for me. Josh took meticulous care when installing the vent cover and helped me with some other hitch issues. He is clearly an expert technician and a very kind person. Thank you Larry and Josh!”

I recently took my truck to JJ’s Auto Body for a paint correction and a few additional touch-ups, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, Jose was professional, friendly, and clearly passionate about his work.
The paint correction came out beautifully and brought the shine and depth back to my car’s finish, and it looks better than it has in years. He also took care of some minor dents and scratches, and you’d never know they were there. This is a truck that is 11 years old, has black paint, has endured the Central Valley heat, and still looks as good as the day I drove it off the lot.
