“Took my truck here for transmission service. After they dropped the pan they noticed excessive material on the magnet. So I had them rebuild my transmission. It was the OEM transmission with 288,000 miles on it. After the bebuild the transmission works like new. They gave me a 12 month/12,000 mile warranty. This is the first time I have done business here. Based on my experience I recommend this business.”

“I messaged them ahead of time to see if they'd be able to squeeze me in during a holiday week and they were quick to respond and fit me in. I was experiencing some squeaking when I braked, so they offered a free consultation. They are operating out of a residential address at the moment, but were happy to guide me when I called to ask for clarification because I couldn't see any signage. During the consultation, they walked me through everything, explained how the brakes work and what could be causing the noise. I felt like I had a good understanding how what was going on. They ended up giving me a fair estimate so I went ahead with their service. Despite dropping off the car around 1pm the day before Thanksgiving, they gave me a call on Thanksgiving to let me know it was actually the rear brakes instead of the front so they'd need an extra day to get the parts because of the holiday. They called me around 1pm on Friday to pick it up. Brakes are now great and no squeaking! Paid about $380. Did notice about a $20 difference in hourly labor costs from the estimate at time of pay, but all good. Overall, Alberto and his son are fair and honest. I'd recommend them to anyone in the area!”
“So I'm honestly not sure if I ended up at JJs or Carlos auto repair. I think its JJs but they look the same in pictures? Anyways, where ever I was, you will find super honest and helpful Chapo. My check engine light came on while driving on a very hot day from Tehachipi to Palm Springs. I googled the closest mechanic and JJs popped up. (Just not sure which one I actually walk into) Chapo helped me out right away. My catalytic converter is going bad and he could have had me in Lancester over night waiting on an expensive repair by telling me it had to be done right then or I wouldnt make it across the desert (because of the part. He has an extremely fair shop rate) but he was honest and told me I could be on my way and get the repair done when I got home. He wouldnt even let me give him any cash to buy him an after work drink as a thank you. Very grateful I walked into an honest mechanic. If I am ever in Lancester again needing auto care in the future, this is where I am going. Thank you Chapo!”

“EZ Auto Center is the place to go and get your car Serviced. I had no clue about this place until I met someone at an Carwash that takes their cars there, thanks (Caleb) . I was driving my car and didn’t know how dangerous my vehicle was until I took it to this place. I couldn’t accelerate without my car shaking, when I would turn going left I would hear a big loud noise. I called EZ auto Center and spoke with Albert, I brought the car immediately. He explained what he was going to do and to see what exactly was the problem. I received a call back the very same day that I took my car in. I know that every car is different but this family owned business was right on time. Thank you so much Albert, I appreciate your help, your great customer service and for getting right to the point. Shout out to Your Dad great man, and all your workers. By the way, this will definitely be my the only place I’ll take my car to.”
