I needed new wipers for my van. Not only was Katie helpful in picking out the correct ones, but she went out and put them on for me, too! Katie was very professional and friendly. She showed me how to unsnap the wiper blades and how to put them back on. I haven't had a bad experience with this Auto Zone. I will be back.
