“The loss and prevention guy in front is a big jerk and has no idea what customer service is. They should say hello welcome to our store. No, instead they jump on female customers for bringing a purse in and telling you that you can't open it inside there store. You feel uncomfortable from the first step inside. Even Ross has better customer service.”
“This particular Big lots is always full of good deals great furniture and friendly staff what more could you ask for.They mark down I feel more than others and I appreciate that. They always let you know when the good deals are coming up and sales etc.”
“I have been coming to this location since December 26, 2023, they welcome their customers in, and they thank me for purchasing my items. I went today with my husband to buy some stuff for the house, ? they are always willing to help me out for what I need. They help looking for an item, they know my husband, and me very well because they welcome us in by our names. I'm very happy to be coming to this location because they always have what I need for the house, ? I have been to one other location, but I didn't like it. “This store is up the street from my daughter's house, I usually go to the 99 ct store but they don't carry everything like the family dollar...im actually about to go there when they open at 8 for tissue, soap powder etc. The store is always clean and the customer service is great!
