“This gym has an awesome environment/ community. From your fellow athletes, to the coaches, everyone wants to make sure that you’re doing your best, and challenge your limits. My main fear with signing up with gyms is the accountability, and like I said, people here are happy to see you back and see you grow. There are different classes, and everyone is very welcoming. Highly recommend. And if you’re a beginner like me, there are scaled workouts (meaning an easier levels) so you can get the most out of your form, strength, and the workout itself.”

“No frills gym. Has everything you need for a good workout and nothing you don't (people hogging equipment while taking photos of themselves on the cells). Owner is a very nice guy. You can tell he does it out of love. Great pricing and availability.”

“I'm trying out the 21 day they are offering. Tom was very nice and went thru all The gyms highlights. I did appreciate that he didn't stop messaging me before setting a day for the tour and a workout. I was working long hours and can't really text while I'm at work. I was glad that he would message me back when I was able to text. Once the tour was over I was able to take the group class. I really liked the group sessions in a circuit . I haven't worked out so I was looking to modify most of the workouts. Carlos was the trainer and he was great. He was attentive since I'm under 5' he came over to help me out. He gave modifications when I told him I was not comfortable. The group was very nice even helped out a bit when I looked lost. You clean as u go to the next circuit so that was nice. Cubbies are provided. Gonna use the app to book my next sessions. So that kinda holds you accountable. Just make sure to cancel if u can't make the session so someone else can take ur spot. I really liked it here so will push thru 21 days. 21 days completed!! Can't wait to return to this gym. It really kept me motivated and not bored. I did feel intimidated bc I'm not familiar with the equipment or movements. The staff was very encouraging and engaged to keep me going. Thank you Tom and your staff.”

“The camp is amazing!! All the trainers take their time in creating a perfect workout routine. Gabby and Alex are great at encouraging people and working at the pace of their group. And ceaser always has a smile and is always ready to start class. P.S. if you want a really good workout go on Tuesday and Thursday when Alex works . Alex (a tank of a man. You have to see him to understand) always makes sure he evaluates and then ups your weight if he feels that you can do more. All in all 100/10.”

“This is the biggest one that I've been to. And the cleanest. My home gym, is the one in Carson. And de0ending on the time of day. Cleanliness, is not a priority. I like this gym. Gonna have to visit it, when I get off work. See how it looks at 3am.”

“This place is a combination of needing attention from the staff but ALSO the cooperation of all members and attendees.I’ve been to several other 24hr fitness gyms but this one by far, you guys win the trophy for most disorganized plates and dumbbells. It takes forever to find a set you want to lift with. I know the majority of the people are tired of it and know it’s not them.The 20% that cause 80% of the mayhem are those that setup some sort of 4 or 5 station circuit and then leave the gear there. FFFFFFF You if you’re one of them.I want to be the change in the world I want to see, so I legit spent a solid 20 minutes placing dumbbells where they belong today. Yup, as corny as that may have made me look, idc. You are the only set of people that I’ve seen move weights around and go “oh, I’m too tired to put them back” or “nah, that’ll mess up my workout and deplete my energy”I’m tired of wasting my time looking for proper weights and if the local population can’t count, I will teach them.Please folks, let’s chip in and improve this gym.**edit* So I returned the next day, Sunday, and I was pleasantly surprised that a majority of the dumbbells were in their correct positions. Still room for improvement but I can tell that the majority of people are indeed wanting a more organized experience. Thank you all that have so far continued in keeping this going. Let’s work together to make the place classier and a more enjoyable experience for all.Next goal, plates and the benches!!!! **”
