Every time a customer needs to pick up a package, it is always there. The people behind the counter are extremely wonderfully helpful. When an issue with a package occurs, the people were professional, super kind and help get everything sorted out. No complaints, no low rating, the people have gone out of their way and they are always there.

Place is a joke. Nobody cares about their job. 3 workers see there's a line but rather spend over 20 minutes outside socializing. Poor girl running the counter left alone to handle the line. Pathetic

Brianne was amazing! I was able to receive my lost mail. She didn’t give up looking for resources to relocate my mail. Keep up the great work!
