Had an appointment to open a joint bank account. We had to book time with a babysitter and take time off work. Just waited in the lobby even though we had an appointment. Left because our time was running out. Wish we were warned that appointment schedules are not honored and that the wait can vary.

Usually not to busy inside. Pretty quick. A few times the ATM outside has been out of service which can be inconvenient at times.
