“This station is very good! But one of the counters is very unkind and sometimes unpleasant. If possible, please improve it. Except it, very good place to fuel the gas.”

“Easy in, easy out. Straightforward and friendly. $65 out the door. There were cheaper options with coupons but this is just clean and straight forward. They were upfront about the price when I called. Showed up, gave them the key, took a short walk and it was ready when I was back in 15 minutes.”

“Cheapest gas prices in the area. I always try to time my fill ups to stop by here when I'm driving to SF. Often there is a short wait. Convenient immediately off the freeway as you're driving south 101.

Because it's so popular, sometimes it can be a little nuts. I have more than once witnessed people block the other cars either by parking in the middle lane or just sitting in their cars in the one way lanes without actually pumping gas.

Also have issues with the fact that the pumps don't seal properly, so I can't lock it to continuously fill - I have to stand there and hold it. This is the only gas station I have been to with this issue.”

“Another amazing experience at Fara’s. These guys are simply the best. Efficient, honest and the friendliest service you can get. I will continue to take our vehicles here as long as I live around the area!”

“Gas station is clean and fairly convenient off freeway, long hoses so you can fill up on both sides plenty of diesel, no line, and you can use your Safeway or $.10 off if you have them.

4 stars because if you call in, they won’t quote you the gas price over the phone, stating “it’s Safeway‘s policy not to do so”. If I pick up the phone and call your business why withhold information, that’s ridiculous.”

“Excellent customer service! I had my car smogged here earlier this year and just picked it up after an oil change. I made an appointment for both services and they were fast and efficient. Competitive pricing for Marin. Thank you, Tony!”

“Our daughter got a flat tire near this service station and the nicest man came over from the station and offered to help her change the tire. I believe his name is Osama. He took the tire off and discovered a nail and gave us a very reasonable quote for a new tire. The tire was changed in an hour! Excellent service. So we decided to get my Camry's 5K maintenance serviced here and are very happy with the job and the price. Yay, we've found our new service station!”

“I have been going to this gas station for years now. Recently they changed from Valero to Gulf. One of the best gas prices around! It’s always clean and the manager and employees give great service! Definitely recommend!”

“If you want quick, efficient and excellent service, this is the place for you. This is not a quick impression; I’ve had cars smogged here for years. DMV communications are done lightning fast and accurately.”

“The Chevron station was clean and had a nice environment, but the restroom was out of toilet paper. When I informed the cashier, they didn’t seem attentive and were a bit rude. A little more customer care would make this a great place to stop. Hope this feedback helps for future improvements.”

“I don't know why, but I think gas station recommendations are just as/if not more important than restaurant recommendations. No, they're not sexy. And they're not very photo-worthy. But let's face it - we spend so much time in our cars, and everyone needs a gas station at least once every week or two. Since cars are the bane our of our Bay Area existence, doesn't it make sense to know the right place to refuel? That's why I want to give props to this Tiburon Unocal station. Here's what I like: - It's only a mile from where I live. - there's never a long line - It's clean - the gas is never overpriced - they have pumps if your tires need air - they have a compact convenience store for beverages, snacks, smokes, and other basic needs. - they also have bins where you can donate clothes to non-profits. So if you're in the Mill Valley/Tiburon area and you need to refuel (and maybe donate some old clothes/shoes), this Unocal station is your best bet. And then cross the street to Peets Coffee and reward yourself with a cappuccino.”

“Price was relatively competitive in Chevron standards. Space was wide open for an urgent “pull-off” phone call I needed to make before getting gas. After the call, I filled up harmoniously.?”

“Excellent choice for honest and knowledgeable service on your German car. Don’t let the fact it is in a 76 station put you off — there’s a well-regarded Ferrari service shop in SF in a 76 station.”

“This was right outside of Yosemite, why San Anselmo, don't know why. Thank goodness this station was right outside the Yosemite Lodge on the way home. Kept clean, nice bathrooms and a snack place. Gas was a bit expensive, but they have you there. Nice to get some snacks and drinks after a long day.”

“Well kept place. Not the cheepest.Good to get in and out from/to all directions. If you are staying in a wharf hotel and have a rental car to fill up ... thats the place.”

“why is this place so lowly rated. gas is super cheap and they only take credit. no cash. God bless America. they're not trying to rip you off for using your credit card. in one of the most expensive counties in the Bay Area, the gas is the cheapest. who knew.”

“Very impressive car wash crew. We had a great experience here. The car was just completely covered in bugs from a road trip and they spent so much time cleaning before the wash and then drying afterwards, using air cans to get stuff out of the nooks and crannies even, really great wash. Friendly and efficient crew. And it’s a touch less wash in the machine.”

“I bumped into an owner who helped me with a well priced wash for my RV. Great shop inside that I really enjoyed their selection of yummies and of all things books!”

“As a woman that goes out at night past 12 AM and who does Uber on the side sometimes this location has a bathroom and that’s very important. I went to a Chevron up the street and they had no bathroom access. All gas stations should have some sort of access to a bathroom as a woman because it’s not something that we can just go anywhere at this time. There should be places for us to go to the bathroom.”

“Clean. Newly remodeled. Conveniently placed at the end of West end and the beginning of the miracle mile. There is also. A Loop mini Mart which is also very clean and we'll stocked. Propane is also available here.”

“Cheapest gas in town...unfortunately is a homeless hang out but if u ask them for money before they do ur ok...haha...open 24 hours....Douglas is person who works there n he is super nice n polite ..can't say the same for rest...no bathroom...it works...but because of homeless they say it's broken...”

“This gas station is a hidden gem! The staff are always super friendly and the convenience store has everything you need on the go. Plus, I love that it’s always clean and well-maintained!”

“Sure gas isn't the cheapest, but they're conveniently located at the intersection on Lincoln and Ritter and second near the highway by the bus station. Pay at the pump or go see the lady inside to pay for fuel. Masks required. Shares a building with a mechanic if you need it.”
