“Daniel is an artist. I have two suits that he made for me, and both of them are gorgeous. The attention to detail, quality, craftsmanship are all impeccable, and the experience of having a suit custom made is gratifying. Recently, after buying a suit in 2019, a small tear appeared exposing the fly. I wrote to Daniel asking for advice, and he promptly booked an appointment for me to drop it off. A week later, it was mended and pressed, free of charge, and looked brand new. I highly recommend Daniel!”

From the first visit of “I’m just trying to figure out what I want and what I don’t know” all the way to final alterations and details, the guys at Tailor’s Keep made me feel cared for and respected, and they understood exactly what we were going for. They were clearly masters of the craft, and knew the ins and outs of all the fabrics we selected, the designs and shapes of the garments, and the vision for the day. The tuxedo is beautiful and well-constructed - something I can enjoy for many years. And it’s uniquely mine!”

“This is the last classic maritime store in the Fisherman's Wharf area. While everywhere else seems to have become a t-shirt shop, Frank's Fisherman sells authentic nautical items. Like a cool museum inside with a vast number of exciting items to browse. Also, lots of books, antiques, high end clothing are on display. A must stop shopping experience for real sailors, or anyone who is interested in the sea going lifestyle.”

“Unique store and brands and a denim sewing machine on hand to make edits to your break in length of jeans just as you want it. My husband was looking for black jeans but ended up finding a great fitting light grey pair! The Jeans were hemmed and sewn and ready the next day- awesome, cause he was needing them soon. The price is the price. They have their own brands and others I haven't seen before a lot of unique tops, sweater's, jackets to check out as well etc. Nice to discover a new place to look. Definitely check them out. We were like a broken record always going to the same place- this felt fresh. And he has a new pair of Summer jeans.”

“Terribly managed store that does not adhere to posted hours.It's currently Monday, 2/27/2023. Yesterday, I confirmed the store would be open at 12:00 pm today. It's after 1:00pm and I drove 35 minutes to find a closed store. Now a 35 min. return for nothing. I even called three times while waiting for them to open...No answer. This is the second time I have tried to visit this store during posted hours and found it closed. For a store that sells a very expensive product, they either don't need my business or don't care. I knew what I wanted and was prepared to pay four figures for that jacket.There are alternatives to West Coast NeverthereI AM UPDATING MY REVIEW AND CHANGING MY RATING TO 5 STARS.I got a call from Skip, the owner, today, Tuesday, 2/28. Without all the details, Skip is a class guy and made everything fine. I realize things happen beyond one's control, but how a business owner deals with a disgruntled customer speaks more to their character than if there was never a problem. Thanks Skip!!!”

“I had the opportunity/privilege to stop in here and visit with Yema while visiting family in May. The store is interesting (I love the giraffes) and its great knowing some of the proceeds go toward education in Ethiopia and Kibera. Yema's spirit and outlook are refreshing. We had a good chat about his experiences here (and unfortunately the discrimination experienced from the police years ago) and his continued optimism and generosity that persists is inspiring to say the least. Tiburon is lucky to have Yema and his family, and their shop, in their town as it adds some much needed diversity and overall positive influence. Take care Yema, best wishes, and will look forward to saying hello next time we're back in town.”
