Vuori on Union Street is open every day with safety measures in place. The shop is nicely set up with a wide selection of clothing. The clothes are well made, comfortable, and very soft. They are breathable and a great athletic fit for working from home, workouts, or lounging.
The customer service is excellent, awesome, friendly, and helpful. The staff is not overbearing and enjoys helping. Exchanges and returns are effortless and simple. They are accommodating with online returns and will handle shipping for a refund in store. The team is known for going above and beyond, such as quickly swapping damaged items with new ones. Their exceptional service makes customers want to skip purchasing online and visit the store instead.
Love love the Vuori fabrics and how soft it feels! Every time I walk in your store I am greeted and treated with excellent customer service. Everyone working is super nice and helpful in guiding you with your shopping. 5 ⭐

Customer service is exceptional. They consistently prove they want you happy with the purchase and will do what it takes to get what you want (like Richard did to process a shipment from another store when they were out of stock). Keeps me coming back!
