Only sometimes challenge is parking, but a spot usually opens up after a short time. Had a CD there few years ago at a decent interest rate. Once expired, cashed it in with zero problems. Even during the Pandemic shutdown, this branch, except for about 10 days was reliable. That 10 days shutdown was because many of the employees were exposed to Covid - customer/employee health was in front of bank profits - as it should be. Other banks had same problem BTW. Also had an account at Union Bank then located at SaveMart in Modesto. That branch was shutdown and never reopened leaving only the main branch downtown Modesto. Due to distance, closed that account.”

“I am so satisfied with the immediate prompt help that I was able to receive from AVP Branch Manager Mrs. Ebony Gardner. She has helped me multiple teams without forwarding me to someone else in the correct department. I have a been a member for over 7 years with this bank and I have always received great customer service, However the help that I was able to get from Mrs. Gardner at such a vulnerable time in my life is beyond words. She is a true angel sent from heaven above and words can not express the gratitude that I feel. I was on disability for quite some time and I had significant issues with my account. was very frustrated and agitated when I first called because of a negligence on my account that I had been battling for almost a year. I was not exactly a happy camper when I first spoke with her. I am truly amazed of the efficiency and team work that I have witnessed through Ebony Gardner and her team. After my account was reviewed and approved by management was able to get everything sorted out. This all took place during my birthday week and I am so grateful that they were able to make sure my account was promptly taken care of before my wedding proposal. “The bank usually only has 2 employees visible at any given time. I've never seen more than that so it tends to take a while in line. But when you do make it to the window you get great customer service. Every encounter I've had was very pleasant. The tellers are very nice and get you through your transaction as quickly as they can. It's not their fault there are usually only 1-2 of them working windows. The ATM is super slow but that seems to be an issue with all US Bank atms.”
