They patiently answered all my questions, helped me choose the perfect plan, and even set up my phone for me. The store was clean and organized, and the whole process was quick and smooth. “The Danielle's store in Manteca is so awful. The music is so loud you couldn't here the sales lady talking. Chairs are uncomfortable sold me a higher price phone which was out dated. Didn't transfer all my information from my other phone. She wanted me to come back to show me, but didn't have time to talk to me because she just wanted to sell phones. I feel cheated and dissatisfied with everything on how I was treated. Didn't show me how to use the phone which has been frustrating. Finally got frustrated and went to the Russell Verizon store And Ashleen showed me how to use some of my frustrating anger of the Google pixel 6 phone. I will not go back to to that store. Ashleen helped save face to Verizon because my husband And I where thinking of changing phone Carriers.”

“I like the price I pay for my unlimited calls,text and data. Less than $58 a month. I do wish the data speeds were faster though, that is my only complaint. Verizon offers me something similar but for almost $90 so I will stick with Boost Mobile for now. I guess I'l just have to be more patient while watching my netflix movies or youtube videos.”
