“I drove pretty far to come here but it was all worth it. I arrived at 3pm there was only 2-3 people ahead of me. Very clean and nice quiet area. The young lady is amazing all the way from her work ethic to her customer service skills. She was alone managing multiple people at once and still giving it her all. I did have to wait until it was my turn as people were in front of me and I was technically a walk in but I am not complaining I completely understand and I will be back. Thank you!”

“The staff at this location are always very organized, the associates are friendly, and they acknowledge you immediately once you come to the door, even if they're assisting a customer. They work efficiently, and are all knowledgeable; they've never made a mistake, if they have questions, they ask the senior personnel. I've never had an issue at that location. “I just want to say this UPS location has some of the best customer service I’ve experienced. Despite how busy it gets and the amount of work they handle, the staff always stay professional, patient, and helpful with everyone.
I especially want to recognize Erica and her coworker, who went above and beyond to help me. You can really tell they put in a lot of effort dealing with so many customers every day, and they still manage to provide great service.

“Really convenient little shop with super friendly and helpful customer service. They handle shipments via FedEx and USPS Ground, which makes it easy to get things out quickly. Just keep in mind this is an affiliated location, not a full FedEx store, so if you’re looking for special FedEx rates or full services, you’ll need to go to a main FedEx location. For everyday shipping needs though, this spot is quick, easy, and reliable.
Parking could be tricky, but there is a big strip mall just behind the corner”
