16129 Hawthorne Boulevard Ste D, Lawndale CA 90260
“I come here often. My office is right down the street. The parking lot can get a little tight, but it’s worth it to come to this location. There’s rarely a line. And the customer service is great. Specifically Maria. I appreciate all her help with my returns and also in mailing my Personal and business letters, and packages. Overall, the employees are well informed and kind. It’s always clean and it has a nice neighborhood feel to it. I’m pretty sure it’s not just my experience either. Throughout the years, I have witnessed themhelp other customers who are confused with printing, emailing, return specifics, etc. Kennedy is the newest of the bunch from what I can tell and she is also quite helpful and has a cheerful disposition. I normally hate returning items so much that I lose money. This place has completely changed a mundane part of my life for the better. See you soon!”

“Talon, your personnel was amazing. I created a pamphlet/passport in Canva at 3am and thought I'd done it right for it to print without any problems but that wasn't the case. Talon meticulously rearranged until I was able to print the finished product that I envisioned. Thanks Talon. I always get such great service from this UPS Store. I thought this was the case of all the stores but I was told no by someone who has worked at other UPS stores. Keep up the good work!”

“I had an excellent experience at this UPS Store, thanks to Ash. He truly went above and beyond to help me with his teammates. My passport photo needed adjustments to meet the required specifications, and Ash took the time to retake the picture, make the necessary corrections, and ensure everything was printed properly. His patience, professionalism, and attention to detail made the process easy and stress-free. He also took the time to offer helpful advice regarding a separate customer service matter I was dealing with. I genuinely appreciated his willingness to help and his outstanding customer care. Ash provided exceptional service from start to finish. The pricing was fair, the service was efficient, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. If you’re looking for excellent customer service, I highly recommend asking for Ash. He is knowledgeable, professional, and truly cares about helping customers. 100% recommended!”

I’ve also used their mailbox rental and notary services before and everything is always straightforward and reliable. Super convenient since it’s right in the same plaza as my family’s restaurant, Pho Hue Oi. We love supporting local businesses like this one. “As someone with little experience importing a large item from China, I found myself in a stressful situation when my shipment was prematurely sent to the Port of Long Beach. The process there is extremely bureaucratic and not very friendly to individuals, and I was running out of time. I contacted several brokers, but most either didn't want to help or ferment very approachable. Then I found Packair. I was quickly connected with Cindy and Salvador, and they immediately took action. From the start, they treated me like I was part of the team-responsive and genuinely friendly. Salvador especially went above and beyond, guiding me step-by-step though the entire process, clearly explaining everything and making sure I had the right documents. Thanks to him, everything went smoothly. As soon as customs cleared my shipment, they moved it to a warehouse right away-avoiding any extra charges- and within a couple of days had transportation arrange to deliver to me in central California. The delivery was even earlier than scheduled Packair works with both large companies and individuallike myself, and they treat you with the same level of care and attention. Highly recommended, Pac air is among the very best”
