“I was told about MODMD by my brother. In the last 10 years I have struggled with my weight and then the pandemic hit and on top of my extra 15 I had gained the COVID 19. I made the appointment and when I got there , the staff explained to me in simple terms what could be done, how long it would take and how much it cost. They were straightforward and transparent. The three women who own MODMD are sisters and are all doctors so any medical adjustment that needs to be made can be done on site. They have three really convenient clinics in Venice Beach ,CA, West Hollywood, CA and Brooklyn , NY. Plus can do concierge home visits on request. The women are smart and lovely. Everyone who work for them are as well.Their menu offers everything from Ozempic to Botox and have many interesting infusions. They are on the cutting edge and up to date on new medical treatments that have recently become available. I’ve lost over 15 lbs and I’m thrilled. It's unfortunate that they do not have immunizations available at the office, hence the reason I gave them one star less (4/5) but other than that, Dr. Shaw was very helpful, attentive and thorough. “Lately, I was having to go to multiple pharmacies to get my medication's. After going for more than a week without my medication, three different local pharmacies in San Pedro did not have the medication in stock there's a national shortage this pharmacy has been able to not only fill my prescriptions, but also has great customer service and knowledgeable pharmacists, who have explained meds and even asked me about possible different interactions. I have one medication that I'm taking temporarily, where you cannot eat certain things it will have a bad reaction. I was so happy she told me to wait a day because I had actually eaten some of the foods that cause stomach upset with that medication five star customer service and five stars for having items in stock. It says compounding I think they make medication there. They also do many other services that are listed when you enter the property, it's located inside a medical building parking is super convenient. It's worth the drive to get all my medication at one place instead of driving to multiple pharmacies also, they have some very cool hospital. Type gift shop stuff. I bought a cute Kitty cat that looks like the one we have at home.”

I did an extended blood draw test today to ensure I know ahead of time where improvement is required and BRENDA was such an angel. She literally has an invisible touch and I did not feel any discomfort like I ALWAYS do at any "regular" doctor's office when it's time to get a blood test. I rushed over and made it by 2:50. The staff were quick and professional, I maybe spend 15-20 mins. My technician was Natalie who was very nice and professional. I miss the times in which the communication was not automated and you actually speak to people. Great place to come get your labs drawn!”

“It's been 3 weeks since my back surgery by Doctor David Chang at Cedars Sinai hospital. It's time for a post operation check up at Marina del Rey spine clinic.We arrived a little early and was greeted by friendly staff. This is one office I don't mind waiting in, it's on the 6th floor overlooking the Marina del Rey Marina surrounded by windows and it was a crystal clear day snow tipped mountains and the beautiful Marina There's not a bad seat in the house I was called promptly and went to a very modern clean room with a another spectacular view. X-ray tech came in and I followed him down for a couple pictures of my back. Returned to my room my wife was taking apictures of the view Dr Chang came in after a couple minutes with a big smile said hello Pulled up the new X-rays on the monitor, we went over again my surgery what he had performed. Next he examined the surgery area on my back. We discussed throughly my recovery so far his expectations and our plan for the next few weeks, my pain, approved activities and therapy in the future. We have a very good appointment he answered all our questions. Dr Chang is my man We left our room, nurse already had my new prescription, made our way back to front desk for my next appointment in 6 weeks Couldn't be happier with my progress in the way I feel and the professional friendly service from everyone at Marina Del Rey spine Clinic Leonard Welte”

“Dr Metzger .. Andy and everyone at this lab have my undying love and thanks for the efficient and completely accurate antibody testing!!! You guys have given me my life and piece of mind back! Initially I was tested using the normal laboratory that my doctor contracts with. I got some horrible and incredibly devastating results that implicated an autoimmune disease that could be the worst disease in the universe. I got positive results not one but three separate times. After seeing 3 different specialists and UCLA facilities and spending $4000 dollars testing for this diseases I came across an article about high false positive results for this particular antibody. Hoping against hope, I finally was able to have my blood sample tested by the world renowned and best antibody testing lab in the USA... RDL Laboratory in Los Angeles!! “My first time doing this, going into trucking. I was a bit nervous about it, and there was a lot of paperwork as everyone knows. But the ladies working here know their stuff, they're very efficient but they take time to answer questions and explain things.The physician and her medical assistant gave me some solid advice on different check-ups I should have done in the near future based on my age. All in all I am very happy with the results and I certainly appreciate the additional medical advice I was provided. It only cost $50, great experience overall and I'd recommend this place to anyone who needs a DOT physical.”
