“I really tip my hat to the gentlemen working at this location. Not only did I feel defeated upon arriving, but I was really ticked off with their competitor AutoZone. I will never step another foot in an AutoZone. Although I was fuming and outraged as soon as I walked into this O'Reillys I was greeted by a couple of fellas offering help with a smile. I was caught off-guard and had to do a doubletake. What was this thing called?... This feeling of friendliness and value?... Of equality and respect? Oh yeah... It's called quality customer service... I was absolutely dumbfounded and my mood suddenly lifted when I saw their smiling faces eager to assist. It wasn't long before I started describing what I had been on the hunt for and sent straight to the aisle to gather my prize and complete my mission. I went on to tell the two employees about my previous stop and they confirmed that this sort of thing happens quite often. Finishing up the transaction the cashier informed me that I would receive a refund for the items I didn't need or couldn't use. As if reassuring me that I was welcome and they wanted me to come back to do more business. These experiences seem to be further apart and almost non-existent in today's world. I am very grateful for O'Reilly's hiring these guys. Golden!!!”

“Really good auto body shop! I took two of my cars here for fixes and paints. They did a great job painting my brake calipers for my 2016 camaro ss. Awhile ago someone backed into my Nissan and left a big scratch and the paint was off with a huge dent. Took it here .. no problem , they put the dent back in place and painted it. Looked brand new again! Looking into to coming here again for my next paint job for my camaro. I recommend coming here even for minor things , they charge good prices and they start working on your car asap!”
