“I was referred to Pro Mex by a business client and now friend of mine as being a really good shop. Wow was I impressed by their work and communication. They got me in and back out in 5 days and the work Gustavo and his associates did is absolutely fantastic. I dealt with Rafael for the most part (in person) but talked w Gustavo on several occasions. Trying to find the place is a little hard. Google maps took me to a parking lot up the hill from the actual shop but I could tell something wasn't right. Also I never did spot a business sign with Pro-Mex on it and their lot is full of cars and trucks. I highly recommend Pro-Mex and will be showing my gratitude to the folks at Soltek Pacific Construction who referred me to them. My car looks great. I am still waiting for a response from the Department of Insurance for an up and over approval so my vehicle gets painted correctly as the insurance company does not want to do the repairs per OEM procedures.
