“I have a 32’ Winnebago motor home with a Chevrolet front cab that was experiencing a primer failure which made the paint peel like a lot of vehicles you see have experienced. This is because the primer that was used has to hard of a surface for the paint to stick to. (Bummer)
To repair this properly the area affected has to be sanded down to metal and reprimerd and repainted.
I checked with several shops in my area from El Cajon to Santee and most of them couldn’t satisfy me they would repaint in the proper way it needed to be done.
I checked with Rick at Jack Williams Auto Body and Paint and they seemed to be very knowledgeable about the process required to fix the problem and was able to do the work for the same price others wanted for a repair that would have failed again.
When the work was completed I was extremely impressed on the quality they did on my motor home.
Talk about a beautiful and smooth paint job they did for me I was completely impressed with the quality and attention they paid on
the job they performed.
I would recommend them to anyone who wants a awesome job on their vehicle for sure.

Recently, my car's roof was damaged at a car wash. I was requested by them to get two estimates. Marck Motors Body Shop was recommended to me by the local Hyundai dealership in El cajon. The second estimate came from another local car dealership.
Marck Motors Body Shop was the one selected.
Sam Hill, the manager at Marck Motors Body Shop Made the whole process go smoothly.
Wild Marck Motors Body Shop was fixing my roof, I was also in need of a rental car which I got from Enterprise car rental on Magnolia in El cajon. Everyone there went above and beyond and was amazing!!!
The whole time Marck Motors Body Shop had my car Sam Hill, the manager kept me up on what was going on. He was very nice and knowledgeable!! He kept me and the car wash abreast often.

“I had a wonderful experience with Fix Auto in El Cajon. They provided excellent hospitality and immediately offered me water and coffee when I arrived. The staff was incredibly kind and even offered to call Enterprise for me, which I really appreciated. They also had a great sense of humor, making the entire experience enjoyable. I like the communication emails I would receive from them daily.

They repaired my Honda Civic in less than a week, while most other auto shops were quoting me two weeks or more. I'm very happy with the quality of the work and the overall experience.

“Our 2012 Jetta had pretty extensive front-end damage from hitting a pickup truck tow winch. We loved this car and it was a struggle whether to repair it or junk and find another vehicle.At the accident scene our AAA tow truck driver suggested USA Auto Body. At USA Auto Body I had a fairly long conversation with Jeremy, asking questions and was impressed with his depth of replies, and I was impressed with him. I know a fair amount about cars and feel like I can sense a scam or mistrust a mile away - I didn't have either of those senses with him. He set me a price and told me he wouldn't go over it, no matter what they found (he kept his word).We decided to repair it and to trust him & team with the work.It took longer than I would have liked but it was around the holidays, and the big rains, and the repairs took longer than anticipated, so I chocked it off to that.The finished car astounded me how good it looked - and he kept the price down by using almost all used parts. Looking from the front of the car now it looks nearly brand-new... it's my daughter's car and she's beyond excited about it (she's the one that banged 'her up). There was a fair amount of mechanical damage to supporting systems around the engine - Jeremy & his team fixed all of them! That's something to consider as most body shops will only repair, well, bodies. When he handed me the bill, he said "there's a LOT that was done that's not on this printout". “I would like to write up and share my personal experience working directly with Bob at Coachwerx for over 10 years. I've taken 3 of my vehicles to him over the years and received nothing but quality work, excellent communication, and amazing service every single time.

In 2015 I took my black 2009 F150 to Bob for some dents in the door. This is when his shop was over in Lakeside/el cajon and he worked directly with my State Farm insurance, repaired it quickly and it looked brand new. He even fixed a few small dents in the rear fender that I didn't ask him to.

More recently, last year (2025) I took my 5th wheel trailer to Bob, as the stickers on the front cap had been disintegrating and wouldn't come off, and they had ruined the paint. I asked him to remove the stickers and then repaint the front cap the original white color. His team did an excellent job, finishing the work quickly and it looked better than it did when brand new.

Finally, I just recently (Jan 2026) took my 2016 F250 to Bob as I had accidentally backed into the hitch on my 5th wheel and put a dent in the tailgate. I brought it over for his team to look at, and they took the tailgate off and kept it to repair so I could keep my truck in the meantime. Within a week they had repaired it and asked me to come by so they could reinstall it and adjust everything. His team went above and beyond the already perfect repair to the metal and paint, and reassembled the handle, did some extra work to help me out with a tailgate soft close shock I had installed that had broken, and helped sort out some issues with my backup camera.

In my experience working with Bob and Coachwerx for both vehicle and RV repair, as well as paying out of pocket and going through insurance, I have had nothing but great experiences and received excellent service. I would personally recommend this shop, and I'm happy to be a referral for anyone who is considering it.”
