The store carries its own branding that is sometimes as good or better than more expensive tools. Reviews highlight friendly and helpful staff, with exceptional service from supervisors who are friendly, approachable, professional, and knowledgeable. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is evident as they go above and beyond, making customers feel valued. I love Harbor Freight! Their quality has improved greatly over the past few years. Price wise they can't be beat! Their stores are clean, well organized and well staffed with personnel who can actually answer your questions. Warranties are never questioned!

I have never been disappointed with the tools I buy from here. If they break, the replacement is cheap.
