“The repair person at PDQ is top notch, fair and professional. I have taken equipment here to be serviced a few times and they always repair my gun or compressor within a couple of days tops. “I stopped by the Harbor Freight Tools the other day and I swear Kevin must be the unofficial mayor of the place. The second you walk in the door you hear “Good morning!” like you just showed up to a family BBQ instead of a tool store.
Kevin is the man. Always positive, always greeting people, and somehow remembers half the customers that walk in. It makes the whole experience feel less like shopping and more like you’re stopping by a friend’s shop. Honestly, every employee there has been great… helpful, friendly, and nobody acts like you’re bothering them when you ask where something is.
I’ll be honest… this is why I go here before Home Depot (don’t tell them). Good prices, good tools, and people who actually enjoy helping customers.
Harbor Freight, if you’re reading this… Kevin needs a raise immediately. If customer service was an Olympic sport, that guy would be bringing home gold medals.
