They are FAST for one, greet you with a friendly, inviting smile and have the best energy, from the reception to all of the staff. I had DMV services done and I really just felt like family. During the holiday's everyone knows how stressful it can be. PRESTON made sure he took care of me with love and grace. Had it been my second visit. I had forgotten important documents my first time coming and had to come back and he remembered me. I thought that was very thoughtful. The whole staff worked diligently as a team, answered each others questions with laughter and smiles and they all just worked really well together. I loved seeing that. Well done AAA! I highly recommend this location, other locations such as Mission Valley I have waited at least an hour to be seen and the customer service wasn't ever anything as close to this. Make that drive.”
