I didnt feel rushed pressured he was very calm patient and explained every little detail answering every question or doubt before i made my decision. After being insured he has continued to be there available at all hours for any questions i have i highly recommend ts gentlemen!! To my claim due to natural disaster mr steve rosales and miss mary sanchez have been amazing! They are always available quick to respond and keep an open line of communication with me through out the whole process! They have gone above and beyond to make thia difficult process very easy for me.
