“Boy, am I happy with Matt Wilkinson Craters/freighters. For the first time since I live in the US, I had to ship several delicate Artworks, original paintings and glass-framed Drawings, to FRANCE where my family lives, and despite some early complications from the Customs, Matt wilkinson directed me to go the simplest way and from there, everything went smoothly. My family did let me know how well and precise the packaging was done. They said every piece of Art was like polished nickel. I will use them again!”

“Quick, easy and professional service! The gentleman I saw for Live Scan fingerprinting did a great job! All other times in the past when doing Live Scan, I'd have to do it multiple times to get a good read. This time around, however, it was a one and done deal! I also observed the great repoire the guys there have with their customers. They definitely have gained a returning customer in me.”

“Perfect experience… I noticed the normal UPS joint I was gonna drop off a package at was closed so I rolled up here. Walked in, dropped off my parcel, he scanned it in the system, receipt sent to my email, and done. In and out no fuss… the nice guy even answered my question about home buttons on an old phone of mine, no worries.”

“We were visiting from out of state & had more stuff to take home than we came with. We stopped by the Post Office to look at box sizes, etc., and were really pleased with the help we received. We weren't sure what we needed & the two men there were very helpful, and suggested items we might need---tape, bubble wrap, and box size--as well as helping us figure out cost comparisons for different shipping. Everyone likes to complain, it seems, so it's nice to be able to give a good review for those who do their job, do it well, and act like they actually care. It was a really pleasant experience & everything arrived home in good condition.”

“To everyone upset about this business charging for receipts: C’mon! This business is ran by one man and his wife, they make only a couple dollars on most transactions like selling a post card or a few boxes. You have to understand this isn’t a corporate store, so they don’t get any funding from those big companies. When you ask them to take your shipment do you think they make any money? Of course they want to charge for the receipt! Because it costs money…. And you’re complaining over paying 50 cents? Who’s cheaper? The man trying to keep a business afloat or the man who can’t pay 50 cents to get a receipt? How much will you spend driving to the next place?
Next time you walk all in just imagine this being your neighbor and his wife running a business that makes pennies on the dollar.”
