“If you're wondering where to take your car for body and paint work, just do yourself a favor and stop looking, call Sam at Auto Worx, and feel at ease. I have been to several body/paint guys in my time in LA, both on the Westside and in the Valley. Whether it was my Prius or my Porsche, things happen and you get a scratch, a small dent, or rock chips in the paint. Whatever the situation, I would trust Sam with getting the job done right. He is one of the most trustworthy guys in the business. Shop owners all over could take lesson from Sam on friendliness, professionalism, and attention to detail. I spent a few days researching auto body/paint repair shops. I called some of my trusted repair people in the valley. Then Steve at BMW Haus in Van Nuys said, although Sam is on the Westside, "but I'd take my car to him no matter how far away he was." He was right. I'll never go anywhere else.”

“My car went up in smokes a few days ago and my car was towed to World Auto Body and let me tell you folks, they were above and beyond with all the help. I told them my car stopped working in the middle of traffic and now my wife is going to kill me because I haven't picked up our two kids from school, the dog from the groomers, and I was supposed to get take-out for dinner. Just 25 minutes later they had my car running brand new and they even bought me 20 Leo's tacos to bring home to my family. What an amazing business establishment! Everyone go here and no where else!”

“Decided to surprise my very busy daughter and get her 2010 Toyota Venza serviced. She didn’t have a mechanic and had been taking her car to the dealer for servicing and getting gouged by high prices. Found MGM on Google and saw that ratings were very high. Also a neighbor highly recommended them for doing good work at a fair price. Contacted them and spoke to John who was able to fit me in the following day. His recommendations were what I was anticipating given the age of the car and the prices quoted was reasonable. John was great to deal with. Great customer service and very professional. “The team at all city are all super professional and the work done is of amazing quality. Came in with my Tesla that had been sideswiped and needed bumper and quarter panel replacement - was seriously crumpled. Process took about a month in total (mainly waiting for parts from tesla), but the team kept me updated throughout. What impressed me the most was how helpful and proactive they were with contacting insurance, other party insurance, rental car, etc. Really helped mitigate any headaches in the repair process. And of course, the end result is like new again wow! Paint and repair were spot on. Highly recommend this shop for your Tesla and would be my first contact again.”

“If I could give these guys 10 stars I would. This is the BEST bodyshop I have ever used. I was in TWO accidents (fender benders) and my 2022 Prius needed some serious work, luckily my insurance covered the costs (minus deductible) but the damage was extensive. All of the cars sensors were wrecked, no more parking assist, no more warnings when I'm too close. MBS not only fixed everything, they guaranteed the work. When I took the car back, everything was working better than before. I tested all of the sensors and parking assist. PERFECT. Not to mention the car looks BRAND NEW! Nestor was my point person and he dealt with the insurance company, there as no hassle. In fact when I forgot to mention some damage and told him about after the claim had already gone through, he did a quick readjustment and called the insurance company ... they sent over a check. Nestor was great! I really hope I don't get into anymore accidents (but this is LA haha) if I do, MBS has my business for LIFE!”
“I want to start off by saying I know little to nothing about cars. I had to go to LA for a 3-Day work event and coincidentally and to my bad luck, my car managed to act up on a Saturday after all the shops were closed. I spent over an hour trying to get in contact with shops about my car troubles and Nagy was the only person who answered the phone and gave me a response (even after his stated business hours)! Due to his shop not being open on Sunday, he was extremely communicative about me getting my car to his shop early Monday morning. He helped walk me through the process and gave me an initial estimate which was very reasonable. He even stayed until late night to finish working on my car as I told him early morning I would need my car to get back home/to work early morning. Super down to earth guy, gave me life and car buying advice, and most importantly, my car is working perfectly no issues. He thoroughly checks your car and wants to ensure EVERYTHING is up to par before you leave his shop. While I do not live in LA, his kindness and attention to detail will not be forgotten.
