She is well-versed in this area and has tons of experience with both of these services (notary and translation). We started out communication with a phone call then emails to prep documents before my actual notary appointment. First of all the whole process with TECO-LA authentication is tedious and confusion (the website is probably one of the most difficult things to navigate and can be very confusing to understand and read). Stephanie helped me with understanding the document requirements and items needed for my application. I can't thank her enough with this. Her prices are fair and she is very professional, responsible and timely in her responses. Would recommend her with anyone needing notary or translation services with TECO-LA.
