“Holy crap! Joe is next level when it comes to customer service.
We came in to try some stuff out and see what works, and Joe opened our eyes to more facets of sleep than I knew existed. He walked us through different options, asked a lot of questions about us and our sleep patterns and preferences, and crafted a list of the best options for us.
It took us a little longer than usual customers to make our decision (3 days), but through it all he kept a smile on his face, helped us when we had concerns, and even kept our daughter entertained when I was taking too long trying to make a decision. Best of all, I never once felt PRESSURED in any direction. That meant the world to me.
In summation, come in and see Joe when you need a bed, you absolutely won’t regret it.
Update: We needed some additional help, so we went back in to see Joe again. Without hesitation, he did what he does best. Got us squared away, solved our issue, and did it with a smile and friendly conversation as we went. Long as he’s here, we will never go anywhere else for our bed needs.”

“We visited your store on July 4 of this year and we were very happy and surprised when we first walked in the door. Love the greeter who welcomed to each person in as they entered and asked if they knew what they were looking for if they needed help.
Home run to start off with. As we walked around, we appreciated the different staging of furniture appliances.
Although we were Just browsing, we ended up picking up a few value items. Great finds for a Reasonable cost.

“We were referred to Bob's discount furniture by a friend who was very satisfied with his purchase there. Within 15 minutes, we found a couch that was perfect for us. A no-pressure salesman helped us through every bit of the process with knowledge and kindness. While they are not the biggest discount furniture place I've seen, they have what you need and you get a great deal. My husband researched over 40 places that carry their couch, and confirmed that Bob's discount furniture had the best price! Will be picking up our couch this week and can't wait to try it out.”

When I explained what I was looking for, she showed me a few great options and really listened to my needs. “Classic move as we walk into the store clearly aligned we're not buying a mattress. The plan was to shop around and end our mattress excursion visiting Mattress Firm (which we both love). This plan was solid until we walked in for our Sleep Number appointment. The sales teammate who I feel absolutely terribly forgetting her name was SOOOO GOOD at what she does. This was a very little pressure experience and the way the store uses technology to highlight their products was spectacular (it sold itself). We ended up buying a King i8 and we couldn't be happier.”

Like, so sweet and clearly gifted with the customer service. The younger generation gets such a bad rap on their lack of socialization skills but this girl alone should restore faith in humanity. I hope my daughter grows up to be just like her.”

“An excellent experience from start to finish. We knew what we wanted for our guest room/office but couldn't find it anywhere until we went to Wallbeds N More. Our salesperson helped us build the perfect unit, from the queen bed to the desk and table, the storage, the lighting, and even a USB power unit, to the exact color of wood. It was ready within the time frame they promised, and installed in just a few hours by skilled installers who then spent plenty of time helping us learn to use the new unit.
