When we took the RV out we noticed an item we wanted fixed was not and an item that wasn’t broken before was now broken. I emailed them right away. I dropped the trailer back off and they fixed everything up. One item they fixed for free and made it better than before. I will definitely take the trailer there for future needs.”

“Clean and easily accessible storage. Make sure their schedule works for you because they are not 24 hours but that’s not a bad thing since it means the units are secured. It’s right next to a fire station which is great reduction of risk of fires. I won’t mark them down for this because I’m sure they’ll fix this issue: I couldn’t get them on the phone or get a call back after leaving a voicemail. And maybe it was their email service but they didn’t respond to email well either. The best way to talk to someone is to go in the office during business hours.”
