“I have taken them my 1946 Willys for numerous repairs and they have been great. Now have a 1966 Mustang that has been a project for the previous owner for 13 years and a variety of people have worked on it and the project was stalled. Lots of fabrication needed to be done (of which Skyler is a master). since the car had been siting for so long additional things failed once it was running. They continued to repair the items as they came up. The care is now running and driving just waiting on the final touches to take it home. Would not have been able to get it taken care of without Bruce and Skyler. If you have a problem with a classic car and it is weird or normal no better place to go. Both of my vehicles are Frankenstein's without a lot of reference to known parts installed.”

“The purchase of my car through CARMAX was a very comfortable experience. None of the typical sales pressure. Good communication throughout the process. Price was competitive. Only negative was that the car only came with one remote key fob / key. Newer car (2024) remote key fobs are expensive and when spending what I spent, CARMAX should have stepped up and provided a factory remote.”

“Was looking for a used car for my son for under 10k cash. He wanted a truck or small SUV. Got lucky and an 05 black 4 runner he had just put on ad that morning came up. Jeff couldn't have been friendlier or easier to work with. The car was SPOTLESS and all the service records were available. We took a test drive, came back, negotiated for about 2 min, agreed on the price and we were driving away in the car in about 30 mins. I think the whole process took less than 1 hour. Thanks for the great car buying experience, as that is RARELY the case these days.”
