“I was told about sterling pointe in a crunch and gave them a call and they were able to get me in same day which was really hard to find. Everyone here was so nice to me and more importantly so caring and sweet to my cat. You can tell they really enjoy what they do and they recognize that coming to the vet can be a scary thing. They made her feel so comfortable and knew exactly what she needed. Rue and I thank you all so much! I will always recommend sterling pointe now.”

“I was in need of a vet since my one of my dogs had possible gotten a foxtail in his ear. I called on a Saturday, explained the situation and that I also advised I didn’t have a whole lot of money to spend but would like to get him looked at. The women I spoke with on the phone was very polite very nice let me ramble about the situation and explained the exam fee and rabies shot fee since he was due. Brought him in Monday, got there early since he isn’t very socialized and wanted to give him time to relax. Got checked in, about 10 minutes later was called to the back. ALL of the staff was super accommodating and so very sweet with my boy. They understood he hasn’t been around many new people and so I wasn’t sure how he would take to strangers in a strange building. The vet and vet tech were both OUTSTANDING with him and were soft, gentle and let him get used to them and being around them before doing anything. They gave him his exam, told me what they found and took him in the back for about 5 minutes and was able to retrieve the sticker without sedation and give him his shot. Hands down one of the best vet experiences I’ve ever had. Any vet is expensive now but their pricing was good and reasonable and the fact they treated my baby with such respect and understanding made it worth every penny. Highly recommend them and will be returning when I need something else. Thank you to every at Critter Creek for giving my boy the best vet experience he could have had”

“I was incredibly anxious bringing in a stray cat I’ve been caring for on a tight budget, but the team at Banfield completely eased my mind. The receptionist was sweet, and the vet tech, Brian, was absolutely the standout of my entire visit. He was patient, listened to everything, and truly went above and beyond on the financial side. Brian understood my budget constraints from his own life experiences, never judged me, and carefully broke down the costs and options so I could get Ceri exactly what she needed without pressure. He even communicated everything perfectly to Dr. Nunez so I didn't have to repeat myself.Dr. Nunez was also wonderful—clear, honest, and patient with all my frantic questions. By the end of the visit, all the extreme anxiousness I walked in with completely dissipated. It was such a relief to realize I could actually do something to help this cat that fit within what I could afford. Brian and Dr. Nunez are incredible individuals who truly care about animals and real people. They are officially my go-to vet now. Highly recommend!”
