“We bought a 6' grand piano in Doublin and needed to get it moved to Sacramento. Encore was reasonable. They sent three men out to the seller's house to move it out. These guys worked together like a well-oiled machine, and they were strong, too. It would have been really hard for one person to do the job. Our piano was stored at their warehouse overnight before two different men delivered it to our house the next day. Once reassembled, we could see that the instrument was in the awesome shape as when we bought it. The men moved it around the room a few times and made sure the piano was at the right spot before they left. We are grateful for the awesome work the front office staff and the movers provided. If anyone needs to move their piano long distance, Encore is the way to go.”

I had no idea facilitating involved that much work. I was up till past midnight every night to complete my assignments and prepare for my presentations. I met a great group of people from different sites and sectors. We all worked together, supported each other, and had fun. It made me see that when you have a room full of people w/ the same goals, it can be quite powerful. Believing in myself when there are obstacles is probably the hardest thing for me even though it happens often. I had no idea that I would be in front of directors, VP's, and etc. talking about my projects, my passions, and my vision. I am very critical of myself and I don't say, "I love you" enough. I was there and I did not want to let myself down. I swear, I had anxiety all day until my presentation (1st exam). I tried. I stumbled. I made it though. Starting to realize that my quest is just for me - I am starting to figure out that I can do this. No matter the road blocks. No matter the outcome. I tried and look where it has taken me..? I am certified. I get to pick where I travel to next. Proud to work here. I ain't done growing either.”
