“Lost pressure in one of my tires just a few blocks from their location; managed to make it there a little before 8:00 a.m. they opened the shop at 8:00am (an older gentleman and a young man showed up) they asked me what the problem was, they took out the wheel and diagnosed it in a special water container.
They showed me the problem and the tire could not be repaired so it will have to be a special order (it's not a common size) they offered to put my spare on.
Then I asked how much I owed them and it was a symbolic (very low) price so I left both of them some tip.
This is not some fancy corporate shop it's just a little Mom and Pop shop - I would go back there :)”

“To say John and his team are awesome is an understatement.
They were kind, quick, professional, and incredibly good at what they do. I cannot recommend these guys enough.
My partner and I dropped our car off here first thing in the morning today, probably 10 minutes after they opened, because our car was driving weird, and they apparently didn’t have anyone ahead of us so they grabbed the keys, hopped in, and within seconds they knew the front axle was bad, and called the parts shop and ordered the replacement.
The axle getting to the shop took about an hour and a half; they must’ve had it put in and our car ready to go within 45 minutes. Maybe we came at the perfect time, but I don’t think I’ve ever been to a shop where they got what seemed like a pretty big repair done in under a few hours, let alone 45 minutes.
We were definitely expecting to be there all day; to leave with our car running again before noon didn’t even seem possible, but John and his team made it happen, and at a way more reasonable price than I expected.
Shoutout to Eli for the on the spot diagnosis; literally took him all of 30 seconds to figure it out, and I’m sorry I didn’t get the rest of the teams names but they’re awesome as well!”
