The secure lobby door, opened with your chase card has been locked for about a year. You cannot go inside the chase to access the secure atm like EVERY OTHER BRANCH after hours. There is only one outside atm and it is constantly out of money or cant accept this or that as a result of its over use.

Any check over $50 they charge you to cash their checks at their bank!!! Desparate if you ask me.
