“This UPS store is absolutely the best! I’ve been giving business to many UPS stores, however since I’ve started going to this store I’ve always been greeted warmly, helped with outstanding service and always with smiles and gratitude. The credit surely goes to Vik for training his staff just as treats his customers. Absolutely the best!”

“I’ve been to many UPS Store locations over the years, but this one stands out completely. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me warmly and gave me their full attention. No rushing, no brushing off questions. They took the time to understand exactly what I needed and walked me through every option available.”

“Had great experience using Postal Annex to ship freight. Vimal was in regular contact about the progress. They provided and modified a shipping pallet for the crates I needed shipped across the country. Will definitely use again for shipping and freight needs in the Livermore area.”

“I looked at so many different places to get my Indian passport photo. A lot of places said no because of the specific requirements. But I was finally able to get it done here. Thanks to Stanley UPS Store!”

“Very impressed. I called them in the phone first and they answered what I needed. I came into the store and it got busy right when I walked in. I was helped immediately by someone who was training, but you could hardly tell they were training because they were so efficient. They helped all the business quick and when there was no one but me instead of hanging around they were tidying up, helping online clients, etc. Great environment and great service.”
