“This UPS store is absolutely the best! I’ve been giving business to many UPS stores, however since I’ve started going to this store I’ve always been greeted warmly, helped with outstanding service and always with smiles and gratitude. The credit surely goes to Vik for training his staff just as treats his customers. Absolutely the best!”

No rushing, no brushing off questions. They took the time to understand exactly what I needed and walked me through every option available.”

“Excellent service! Tracy and Victor were very helpful and patient with my package. Unfortunately, after gathering all the information we decided not to mail the package. But Tracy and Victor were very nice and friendly even though they spent a great deal of time and effort. Highly recommended!”

“Great prices on liquor. I sometimes vacuum my car which only cost $1.00 and the vacuum will give you plenty of time . I've driven away after completely vacuuming my entire car and drove away and it's still running!”

“I’ve sold over 1,000 books using Acutrack for printing and fulfillment, and my experience has been consistently excellent. The print quality is strong, fulfillment is reliable, and orders are handled smoothly end-to-end. Most importantly, the customer service has been outstanding. Catherine Francis, my customer service representative, has been responsive, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful every step of the way. She makes the entire process feel easy and well managed, even as volume scales. If you’re an author or publisher looking for a dependable printing and fulfillment partner, I highly recommend Acutrack—and if you get the chance to work with Catherine, you’re in great hands.”

“I had to get several documents notarized before sending it off for apostille. Victor was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the whole process. He definitely saved me some time of going back and forth getting the document packets exactly right for apostille. I wouldn't have got it right the first time since the Secretary of State online instructions were vague. Victor knew exactly what was needed to get the documents accepted on the first submission.”

“Staff are so helpful and nice. I went in there recently to grab some snacks since I'll be working from home the next few days, a nice little lady named Joanne asked if I have a membership card because the candy sale is $2 for 2 etc. She saw that I had quite a bit in my basket lol, she mentioned signing up for a card is very easy and fast so I decided to do so. All because of the customer service. Keep it up staff! I also ended up buying a squishmallow chameleon plush since my daughter collects these and she didn't have this particular one.”

“Very impressed. I called them in the phone first and they answered what I needed. I came into the store and it got busy right when I walked in. I was helped immediately by someone who was training, but you could hardly tell they were training because they were so efficient. They helped all the business quick and when there was no one but me instead of hanging around they were tidying up, helping online clients, etc. Great environment and great service.”
