“Today's visit with Wilbur was 5 stars! I'm giving 4 for overall experience with the branch.

I brought my 2 sons in today for an appointment for passports at 11 am on a Tuesday. We arrived 15 min early and there were only 2 customers in line. This is the time to come as it's usually quite a long line. We approached the window with papers in hand and the tall woman with long black hair asked if we had an appointment and told us to sit down until we were called. Right on time, Wilbur called us to the end window, took our paperwork and asked if I had photocopy of each birth certificate and ID along with the originals. I missed that part of the instructions but he said not to worry I could get copies for a dollar. He took our photos and let us check to make sure they were ok because we would have them for 10 years. That was nice of him to let us check.

Entire process took about 30 min but was pretty painless. I had paperwork completed but he needed to verify everything and hand write a section for each of us, then payments to USPS and US dept of State for actual passports for each individual passport. He worked quickly and that was the time it took. I appreciated him being pleasant with us and making sure it was all correct. A very easy process and overall good experience.

Otherwise, for general mailing from this branch, I've had good luck when asking for extra priority mail boxes when the rack in the lobby has been empty and overall a smooth process getting through the line. However, once in awhile the desk clerks aren't putting on the happiest face when helping. I get it, I used to work for the Fed Government and sometimes it's just not a great day on the job, but I've found smiling makes an tough day better and others smile back at you. I don't have any major complaints as it's usually pretty efficient, just not always as pleasant as it could be.

I did have to deal with management at one point when a mail truck left her mail truck running and it popped out of park and drove into my new car in front of my house. It took months, but eventually got my deductible back with help from management, I've forgotten the gentleman's name as it was over a year ago. Just know the federal government is their own entity so they don't have car insurance like you'd typically deal with.”

“An exceptional team they have over there at this Fedex Office Print and Ship Center! I have always used their services: print, shipping, and copies for a few years now and they blew me away again with their customer service! I needed a reprint of a receipt from 3 months ago and they did not hesitate to assist me. Dave initiated the assistance and Kalei came in and was able to find it in a flash! I will continue coming to this office because I know they get the job done with great customer care and expediency!”

“I was there last night and they improved their system in receiving (RCV). They put a security guard near the rcv cage, and he checks you in. Then he calls someone to help you. I was in and out in under 5-10 mins. Really positive change.”

“I had a very important shipment and Gary Gurwinder of The UPS Store, Livermore went above and beyond, making sure that our businesses-critical, delicate office computer was packed extremely well with bubble wrap and layers of foam securely for overnight delivery to the East Coast. It was also around New Year's and he was helpful and advised me about shipping times because of the holiday shutdown. It was very important that this computer arrived safely and without damage and arrived exactly on time, ready to be set up and keep our business running.

We needed to ship this at the last minute, to avoid downtime for our business so I called ahead, was helped by Gary and also arrived close to his closing time, so I extra appreciate the effort and courtesy and professionalism he showed. I know a lot of people would just be ready to go home. Gary was a super star, double checked times, and communicated with the driver who was also super helpful and took my box by hand to the truck, to be extra sure it all arrived as planned.
