It has been my “Go-To” place to help maintain my 2010 Toyota Minivan with almost 200,000 miles.The shop is owned by a woman. I am a fan of empowering women-owned businesses and therefore frequent Vasco Quick Lube. Jane is the owner and she goes above and beyond to ensure that my Mama’s car is reliable and safe for my family to be in.Vasco Quick Lube is reasonably priced. It is not the cheapest or most expensive. The mechanics are for the most part 85% on point with my car. In the few, instances, that work or service was subpar, Jana, the owner, is open to working with me.My car has been serviced almost religiously with oil changes by Vasco Quick Lube. Most of the brakes, pads, and routers have been changed by them, and in the latest car work, my brakes, pads, and routers were replaced. In less than 6 months, the brakes started squicking super loud through normal driving (I commute daily to Fremont).Brakes making loud noises in less than 6 months with shaking (routers?) as I brake normally is not a good sign. So I emailed Jana and let her know. She had her mechanic, Nick, take a look, and Jana called the parts store to see if it was under warranty. At first, it was projected that I must be some NASCAR driver and brake HARD and I let Nick know that I just drive normally. No need for me to prove my fast driving skills in an old minivan, for God’s sake.Jana emailed me back with great news that she will cover the labor and that the parts store will replace the router and pads since they are still under warranty.I was and am grateful to Jana and Nick, her mechanic, for doing the brake and rooter work on my minivan with almost 200,000 milesThe clipping of the brakes had to be re-oiled and tightened since the car has a few miles on it (almost200,000). Since the car is old and as it ages, things fall apart and therefore I get it!All in all, Jana is a person of a hardworking ethic and integrity and I want to thank her and the shop for helping in keeping my 2010 Toyota Minivan in great running condition.I give Vasco Quick Lube 5 Stars and recommend you support Jana in her business.For those who live in Livermore, please support Jana in keeping her Vasco Quick Lube thriving!”

“Went in for a problem with my cruise control they performed all diagnostics on my car , the crew was excellent very nice and helpful, they found that my car couldn't be fixed since it was a Mercedes it seemed to be an internal computer problem, they referred me to somebody right away who could fix my car.. it was very affordable definitely and I will return for more work on suspension and tire service which I was quoted for. The whole experience was excellent customer service great diagnostics they and were willing to take the extra time to look into my problem ...”
